1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website https://smartbion.bg (referred to as "the Site"), owned by „Ронека“ ЕООД, Company ID (EIK) 203050757, with its registered office and address of management at: гр. Варна, р-н Младост, ул. „Топола“ № 12, represented by Хачик Масис Багдатян (referred to as "Smartbion", "we").

By accessing and using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational in nature and presents the services of Smartbion — custom enterprise software development and the Smartbion Portal platform. The information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer, unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual contract.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — texts, graphics, logo, images, code and design — is the property of Smartbion or its partners and is protected by law. Copying, reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted, except for personal, non-commercial use.

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, you agree that we process your data in order to respond to you. You undertake to provide accurate information and not to use the form for unsolicited, unlawful or malicious messages.

All matters not settled herein are governed by the law in force in the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes that arise are resolved by mutual agreement, and where this is not possible — by the competent Bulgarian court.
